Sustainability Model
Angaza Center is committed to creating a sustainable impact by combining our fee-for-service Applied Digital Literacy (ADL) program with the launch and expansion of Member Schools. This dual approach allows us to generate the revenue needed to sustain and grow our programs while ensuring that underserved rural schools benefit from improved digital literacy. The ADL program is primarily intended for schools that can afford to pay for our Advanced Digital Literacy training.
Sustainable Use of Funds
Our sustainable approach is centered around investing in expanding our Fee-for-Service ADL program.
This program generates net revenue, which we then reinvest in launching and maintaining Member Schools, thus scaling our impact and ensuring long-term sustainability.
- Fee-for-Service Expansion: We invest grants into expanding our ADL program to more private schools. These schools pay for advanced technology training, generating consistent revenue.
- Revenue Reinvestment: The net revenue generated from these private schools is then reinvested in rural Member Schools.
We align our fee-for-service model with our core mission of digital literacy for rural communities in order to ensure the long-term sustainability of Angaza Center’s programs.
Commitment to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Angaza Center is aligned with several key SDGs, including:
- SDG 4: Quality Education – Ensuring inclusive and equitable access to education
- SDG 5: Gender Equality – Promoting gender equity in digital literacy
- SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth – Preparing students for meaningful work in the digital economy
- SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities – Addressing disparities between rural and urban communities
in addition to espousing an inclusive spirit in all processes, Angaza Center is corruption-free and guided by integrity and transparency.
